COAX was presented with an opportunity when they took on a client in France's construction industry. The CEO was facing problems with management and record-keeping. The difficulty was in keeping track of purchased products and which construction project they were located in. A separate issue the CEO discussed was that he had additional problems with local suppliers. Building materials prices were high and often took more than three days for delivery. The client decided to open a new retail business providing building materials with local delivery included. The goals the CEO had set for himself and his new company were:

A management system that includes both new and used building products.

Our Business Analytics team handled a thorough research process revealing a few software solutions to resolve the creation of an inventory management system. The Customer chose to build a public E-Commerce website. This solution allows users to manage their purchased building materials along with delivery option son a personal dashboard.

The COAX Team created an E-commerce site that handled all of the needs of supply management and the requested user interactions for customers to have administrative control over their purchases. The app provided the following options for the client and his customers:

Customers can view the status of orders, including shipping details.
Users can create a customer account. This option includes the ability to sign up, sign in, create and restore passwords, download account details, disable the account, and the option to delete the account.
Customers have the option to purchase a subscription to have access to an enhanced personal dashboard.
Users can log into their personal dashboard and manage construction products for different building projects.
The ability to quickly reorder products, lowering the repeat order time by 75% compared to standard search and checkout.
Customers can access recommendation articles, building manuals, and opinion editorials on new construction ideas and materials.
