A PDP (Personal Development Plan) is a document that describes your current skills and knowledge, your goals, and the steps you need to achieve those goals. It will help you streamline your career goals.
We develop the PDP during a three-month trial period. You have at least 6 months to complete this plan. Upon successful completion of the PDP, the salary is revised.
Working in the office among your teammates is always more comfortable and productive, so we facilitate the relocation of our employees and fully support them during this process. We help with the search and inspection of the apartment and pay a teammate $300 for the relocation. We also provide all the necessary basic information about the city and how to adapt in it.

Each teammate has 5 business days of paid sick leave and 18 business days of paid vacation.

I have been working as a QA Engineer in the company for more than 1.5 years, from the first working days, or rather from the first interview, I felt support, understanding and a friendly atmosphere.
