You are required to have:
- 3 years of experience in travel, logistics, or retail industry;
- C1 level of English;
- ability to manage a sales team;
- closing contracts worth more than $100 thousand;
- ability to achieve an annual income of more than $500 thousand;
- experience with digital transformation projects;
- ability to sell customized solutions;
- understanding of new technologies (AI, cloud computing, IoT);
- strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- experience in consultative sales approaches;
- of course, strong communication skills, positive and creative thinking, and proactivity.
Potential tasks for the position:
- develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals;
- create and manage a sales team;
- maintain strategic partnerships in target industries;
- implement sales processes, methodologies and best practices;
- generate and qualify new business opportunities in the areas of tourism, logistics and retail;
- communication with the C-level;
- create proposals and presentations for complex software solutions;
- managing sales cycles from first contact to contract closure;
- financial management;
- preparation and management of the annual budget of the sales unit;
- achieve the prescribed goals;
- track and report on key performance indicators (KPI);
- analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
