What you need to know/have:
- B2 level of spoken English;
- at least 3 years of experience in a senior position in design;
- experience as a Senior UI\UX Designer;
- confident user of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools;
- knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices;
- ability to effectively formulate design concepts;
- strong communication skills;
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
- ability to make decisions, solve problems and achieve results in a collaborative environment;
- strong research skills and attention to detail, proactive in understanding the product;
- professional communication with stakeholders;
- ability to work autonomously and manage personal tasks and time.
What you'll be doing:
- manage a team of designers, ensuring their professional growth and development;
- control the development process of client projects, ensuring high quality results;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- determine the creative direction of projects, aligning design concepts with client goals;
- implement and maintain design quality standards by conducting regular reviews to ensure consistency and excellence of work;
- interact directly with clients to understand their design requirements and provide strategic guidance;
- keep up to date with industry trends and best design practices.
P.S. In case of remote cooperation, the vacancy requires a location in Ukraine and regular business trips to Ivano-Frankivsk to join the team.
