The app then helps the user visualize their progress by plotting an estimated schedule of their cash flow. It can show the results over a lifetime.

Simulate Decisions

Peercents takes in data from the user's investment portfolio and simulates how these investments may perform over a lifetime.

Peercents uses both the cash flow and investment details to formulate a simulation of the user's financial future.

Challenge Presented

Peercents presented their challenge to COAX. The client's web application was becoming outdated, and it raised several issues:

A simulation’s calculation time was far too long. Each simulation would take up to 15 seconds to finish.
The app did not provide users with a way to communicate with other users. Users would like to discuss the results with other users or create forums for financial discussions.
The overall design had an outdated appearance.

Challenge Presented

COAX took the challenge and returned results. From design to development and implementation, we created an entirely new product.

The new app solved and added the following functions and features:

An updated UX design.
Overall simulation and calculation time optimized and became 0.3 seconds per simulation.
New graph charts to visualize the simulation results for the user.
A "User Diary" function that allows for saving notes and results.
Communication capabilities added within the app. Users can post, share, and comment.
