What We Expect from Our New Teammate:
— 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar Product Manager / Product Owner role;
— English level — C1 (you will present directly to the stakeholder’s board);
— Strong knowledge of Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies;
— Experience conducting product discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders;
— Data analytics experience: defining and tracking metrics/KPIs;
— Experience managing mature digital products (5+ years on the market);
— Proactive mindset and a creative, solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency With the Following Tools:
— Jira & Confluence (backlog and delivery management);
— FigJam / Whimsical / Miro / Mural (facilitating workshops & discovery sessions);
— Figma (working with prototypes, adjusting designs);
— LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT.
Would Be a Plus:
— Experience with Figma Make, Figma AI, Lovable, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for building PoC prototypes;
— Technical background or familiarity with coding;
— Experience working with stakeholders from the United Kingdom.
Important Soft Skills:
— Ability to work with a stakeholder who has a “high-intensity vision”: validating ideas, challenging assumptions, and prioritizing exclusively based on business value;
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable direction;
— Readiness to transform the team’s approach from “executing tasks” to “initiating improvements and proposing solutions”;
— Capability to work with change resistance, support the team during process transformations, and effectively engage members in new workflows.
Key Responsibilities in This Role:
— Align a 12-month product roadmap with the stakeholder’s business goals, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value strategic directions;
— Conduct research and validate features before development to save time and resources;
— Create product prototypes and collaborate with the designer and team lead to finalize visual and technical implementation;
— Establish a predictable Agile cadence for the development team and ensure a stable delivery process;
— Present metrics, achievements, and plans to the stakeholder’s board, creating transparent reporting and maintaining strong trust between teams.

At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source.
