We are currently looking for a PPC Specialist who will work with us on a contract basis.


About the role:

We help small & medium businesses and growing businesses generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue through digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PPC Specialist who will take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance across Google, Meta and other platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on campaign management experience and a proactive approach to continuous optimization. The role involves working with diverse clients across industries, helping them achieve their growth objectives through effective paid media strategies.

Requirements:

  • English level B2 or higher;
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram);
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager;
  • 1+ year with Looker Studio;
  • 1+ year of experience with US market campaigns, Small & Medium Businesses, SaaS;
  • analytical thinking, strong research and communication skills, data-driven decision making, self-management and accountability, ability to receive and implement feedback.

Would be a plus:

  • experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000+;
  • experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and LinkedIn Ads.

Main tasks:

  • plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns;
  • manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns;
  • manage Meta Ads campaigns;
  • conduct keyword research and competitor analysis;
  • set up conversion tracking and reporting;
  • monitor budgets and campaign performance;
  • optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower CPL;
  • create and test ad creatives and messaging;
  • collaborate with designers and copywriters.
