Hello, our future B2B Marketing Manager!
In the marketing department, you will work alongside a Junior Marketing Specialist and an HR Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing plan and content plan.
- Prepare/develop content, including infographics, articles, research, and presentations (in collaboration with designers).
- Collaborate with contractors to implement the content plan (copywriters, video production, etc.).
- Write/oversee articles for the company's blog.
Experience and skills we are looking for in our candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in social media content strategy (SMM/SMO).
- 2+ years of marketing experience in an IT outsourcing company.
- English level B1 (confident speaking skills) or higher.
- Knowledge of methods and tools for creating content on various media platforms.
- Creative approach.
- Collaboration skills - ability to work with different individuals and groups.
- Independence, problem-solving ability, and flexibility.

Technical interview
This stage involves determining the level of your hard skills and their relevance to job requirements.
Coax Software values our time and the time of each candidate. That is why, we do not send a test task without necessity. Instead, we try to determine the technical level of every candidate during in-person meetings or video calls with our technical lead./ 03
Interview with the CEO
At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source.
This approach is driven by the fact that at Coax Software we select candidates for our team not for the period of the project, but solely with the expectation of long-term cooperation.
