COAX provides Marketing as a Service to our clients. In this role, you will act as the dedicated, client-facing Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for defining high-level marketing strategies with business executives, while simultaneously managing the daily execution of these strategies by coordinating a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and video specialists.

Experience and skills we are looking for in our candidate:
  • 3+ years in a client-facing marketing role with hands-on experience of implementing digital marketing strategies and leading marketing teams;
  • Experience with product or SaaS;
  • English level: Advanced/C1 - highly critical for daily client communication;
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, high attention to detail;
  • Proficient in:
    - GSuite for marketers (GA4, GTM, GSC, Looker, Optimize, etc.);
    - Paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads etc.);
    - SMM, email, and push notification marketing (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, ActiveCampaign etc.);
    - SEO tools (ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog etc.);
    - CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO. etc.).
  • General knowledge of:
    - CRM tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Nethunt, etc.);
    - Website platforms (Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Salesforce, Shopify etc.);
    - Management tools (Jira, Monday, ClickUp etc.).

Would be a plus:

  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO;
  • B2B IT outsourcing marketing;
  • PR and media-relationship experience;
  • Domain expertise in: Automotive / Transportation, Travel / Logistics.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Level:
    - Develop marketing strategy workflows with business executives;
    - Define marketing quarterly OKRs;
    -
    Participate in monthly status report creation with the project coordinator & attend the call with the DM & client representative.
  • Weekly:
    - Call syncs with the business representative on weekly progress, report prep, and presentations;
    - Define resources needed for the upcoming week(s) for marketing tasks and inform the project coordinator to book them in Tempo.
  • Daily:
    - Make progress on marketing-specific tasks according to the marketing strategy defined with client business executives on strategic level;
    - Create/describe Jira tickets for marketing, add subtasks for designer, webflow dev, video, provide description for tasks in Jira and brief team members on scope, monitor deadlines;
    - Communication with the client in chats - reply within the same business day / active communication within working hours, provide marketing tasks progress.

    Coax Software values our time and the time of each candidate. That is why, we do not send a test task without necessity. Instead, we try to determine the technical level of every candidate during in-person meetings or video calls with our technical lead.

    At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source.
