COAX Software is looking for a Lead Generation to join the company!

We are looking for a Lead Generation who:
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation;
- english level - B1;
- proficiency with the outsource/outstaff business model;
- experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper;
- experience with Upwork and preparing and launching outreach campaigns;
- good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

What you need to do:
- identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, etc; 
- prepare and launch outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email; 
- lead generation and client interaction through Upwork; 
- schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads; 
- send customized email messages through email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns; 
- engage with leads, handle responses, provide support, and follow up; 
- collaborate with the team to improve search methods and tools; 
- analytics, reporting, and CRM (HubSpot) management; 
- achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
