What you need to have/know:
- at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development;
- english level - B2 and higher;
- understanding of Ethereum/EVM and related technologies;
- knowledge of blockchain components beyond smart contracts;
- experience with tools and frameworks for blockchain indexing;
- proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python;
- deep understanding of smart contract development and deployment;
- knowledge of development tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines;
- understanding of back-end and front-end technologies for effective collaboration with full-stack developers;
- ability to manage architectural and technical decisions;
- strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team.

Experience in developing a blockchain indexer will be a plus.

Potential tasks:
- manage a team of blockchain and full-stack developers;
- work with the product manager to determine the scope, timing, and results of the project;
- develop a blockchain indexer from scratch;
- participate in architectural decision-making and long-term technical strategies;
- identify potential risks and implement solutions to minimize them;
- attend meetings and product demos;
- develop and improve the technical expertise of the team.

P.S. In case of remote cooperation, the position requires a business trip to Ivano-Frankivsk to join the team.
