What you need to know/have:
- B1 level of spoken English;
- at least two years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails;
- experience with non-relational databases;
- strong knowledge of Redis and Sidekiq;
- writing unit tests;
- knowledge of the principles of SOLID, DRY, TDD, EDD and others, use of best practices in work;
- experience with Postgres DB, REST API, Docker;
- understanding of multi-threaded, multiprocessor and asynchronous architecture;
- of course, responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to develop.

What you need to do:
- write clean, efficient, and maintainable RoR code for various projects;
- conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices, as well as optimize existing code bases to improve performance;
- translate client requirements into functional and scalable features, and perform unit and integration testing;
- identify, diagnose, and correct program errors and problems in a timely manner;
- create and maintain technical documentation for code bases, APIs and development processes;
- continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve development processes and results.
