We are looking for another Middle Node.js Developer to join our dev team. The project involves building a hospitality platform from scratch 🔥
  • Conversational English level from B1;
  • it is full-time office job, so being in Ivano-Frankivsk is a must;
  • 3+ years of experience with Node.js;
  • 2+ years with REST;
  • 1+ year with PostgreSQL or other relational DB;
  • 1+ year with MongoDB or other NoSQL DB.


  • Analyzing and designing solutions for technical and functional bugs, implementing them;
  • Estimating work required for various solutions;
  • Daily communication with team members;
  • Basic testing, code maintenance.

Recruiting stages:

  • Initial call with COAX recruiter to discuss logistics;
  • 1 hour technical interview;
  • 1-1.5 hour System Design Challenge to see communication and decision-making;
  • 30 min final interview with company co-founders to get to know each other better ;)

This stage aims to clarify the details of your CV and assess your level of spoken English. Our recruiter will contact you at a convenient time for you. Technical interview

This stage involves determining the level of your hard skills and their relevance to job requirements. Coax Software values our time and the time of each candidate. That is why, we do not send a test task without necessity. Instead, we try to determine the technical level of every candidate during in-person meetings or video calls with our technical lead.

Interview with the CEO

At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source in an open dialogue mode. This approach is driven by the fact that at Coax Software we select candidates for our team not for the period of the project, but solely with the expectation of long-term cooperation.
