What you need to know/have:
- spoken English level from confident B2;
- at least 3 years of commercial experience in an outsourcing company as a Project Manager;
- understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks;
- understanding of the technology stack for web and mobile application development;
- of course, the ability to lead a team, solve problems, think critically, and have great communication and presentation skills are important.
Will be a plus: Scrum certification, knowledge of PMBok 7th edition, understanding of Prince2 and our stack - RoR, Node.Js, React.Js.
What you'll be doing:
- actually lead projects ;)
- establish and follow the management process;
- manage client expectations;
- ensure effective communication with the client and the team;
- manage project scope/time/quality/risk;
- create and implement project plans;
- prepare regular reports based on the work done by the team;
- monitor project performance against schedule and budget.
P.S. In case of remote cooperation, the position requires a business trip to Ivano-Frankivsk to join the team.
