Product Manager

The COAX Software team is growing, and the number of projects is increasing! That's why we're looking for a Product Manager who will help us lead and develop projects in a cool way!

COAX develops products in the areas of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, legal, and travel in the markets of Europe, the USA, the UK, and other countries. We work only on interesting and truly relevant products!

What is required from a new teammate?

- at least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position;

- spoken English level from confident B2;

- strong knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks;

- deep understanding of web and mobile development;

- proactive thinking and creative approach;

- excellent communication skills with clients and team, initiative, and autonomy.

Be a plus:

- Scrum, Agile certification.

If we talk about the tasks at the next stages:

- identify user needs and problems;

- analyze competitors and the market;

- contribute to the development of the project;

- understanding of the product, goals, and tracking of indicators;

- risk management;

- defining the scoping;

- conducting estimate meetings;

- develop project plans in accordance with the product roadmap;

- regular reporting based on the work done with the team.
