COAX develops products in the areas of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, legal, travel in the markets of Europe, the USA, the UK, and other countries. We work only on interesting and truly relevant products!

What is required from a new teammate:
- at least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position;
- english level from confident B2;
- validation of ideas, working with analytics, conducting experiments, customer surveys, metrics, requirements specification, team management, working with PM tools, modeling and prototyping;
- strong knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks;
- deep understanding of web and mobile development;
- proactive thinking and creative approach;
- ability to find a way out of any situation, openness;
- great communication skills with clients and team, initiative, autonomy.
Will be a plus:
- Scrum, Agile certification.
As for the tasks at the next stage:
- validate ideas and identify user needs/pains;
- conduct Competitor & Market analysis;
- customer development;
- designing and running experiments;
- conceptualizing the solution;
- product vision & Goals & Metrics;
- building the products (build the rights things right);
- lead the project;
- set up and follow existing processes & best practices;
- establish effective communication;
- scope/Time/Quality/Risk management;
- manage team of professional (10+);
- develop & implement project plans in accordance with product roadmap;
- prepare regular reports based on work done by the team;
- keep our clients and team satisfied.
P.S. In case of remote cooperation, the position requires a business trip to Ivano-Frankivsk to join the team.
