COAX Software is looking for a Senior UX Designer!

COAX is an IT outsourcing company. We’re providing custom full-cycle software development for the European, US, and UK markets in e-commerce, fintech, real estate, legal, and travel fields. We’re working on products that bring value to society and make our lives more comfortable. There are over 85 team members in COAX, united by the desire to create useful and practical products.

Now, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer on remote-basis who can take off new projects with us!

Main tasks on this position:

- conducting user research to understand how people currently use the product or service and identify potential problems that users may encounter;
- using data from user testing to improve designs and ensure they meet users’ needs;
- creating wireframes and prototypes to test the feasibility of a design before beginning the development process;
- working closely with developers and other team members to implement the designs created by the team;
- conducting usability tests to identify any problems with the design and make recommendations for improvement;
- designing the UI elements, prepare design systems for new projects;
- participating in meetings with managers to discuss project scope, deadlines, and other details relevant to the work;
- creating new designs based on client feedback or market trends;
- present findings and design suggestions to clients.

Requirements and skills:

- At least 3 years of experience with Figma, Miro;
- prototyping (Figma, InVision, and XD);
- wireframes creating;
- responsive Design;
- user Flows;
- information Architecture;
- working in design sprints;
- client first attitude;
- relationship building;
- clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal;
- organization and thoroughness;
- skilled use of excel, ppt, and word;
- level of English – C1

Introduction

This stage aims to clarify the details of your CV and assess your level of spoken English. Our recruiter will contact you at a convenient time for you. In an open dialogue format, you will be able to get answers to all questions about work organization, project specifics, company benefits, and, in general, ensure that we have a friendly working environment and an individual approach to every teammate.

Technical interview

This stage involves determining the level of your hard skills and their relevance to job requirements. Coax Software values our time and the time of each candidate. That is why, we do not send a test task without necessity. Instead, we try to determine the technical level of every candidate during in-person meetings or video calls with our technical lead.

Interview with the CEO

At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source in an open dialogue mode. This approach is driven by the fact that at Coax Software we select candidates for our team not for the period of the project, but solely with the expectation of long-term cooperation.
