COAX Software is an outsourcing company. We create in the fields of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, legal, travel for markets in Europe, USA, UK and other countries. We only work on fascinating and relevant products!

Potential project is an American fintech platform that provides personal installment loans for busy, hard-working people with limited time and resources.

The project is a web application with mobile adaptation. One of the main features is a multiple-step wizard form which serves to submit a loan application.

What you need for this position:

- 4+ years of commercial experience with Python and FastApi;

- Strong communication skills and ability to talk with client;

- Self-organization skill is required;

- Experienced in working Celery and Airflow;

- Familiarity with AWS stack;

- Experienced in working dockerized setup;

- Confident with Redis;

- Experienced with PostgresSQL;

- Strong unit testing and debugging skills with pytest or other tools;

- Familiarity with SOLID, DRY and other principles, usage of best practices in work;

- Understanding of threading, multi-processing and asynchronous architecture.

What will be a plus for you:

- Elastic search experience;

- Familiarity with SQLAlchemy, SQLModel or Tortoise ORM;

- Familiarity with modern AI tools like Cursor, Claude;

- Familiarity with other non-relational databases;

- Experience with Flask.

Your responsibilities on the projects:

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for various client projects;

- Review code from peers to ensure quality and adherence to best practices, and optimize existing codebases for performance;

- Translate client requirements into functional and scalable features, and perform unit and integration testing;

- Work closely with clients, front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions;

- Identify, diagnose, and fix software bugs and issues on time;

- Create and maintain technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes;

- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve development processes and outcomes.
