Who we are: COAX Software develops products in the areas of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, travel in the markets of Europe, the USA, the UK, and other countries on an outsourced and outstaff basis. We work only on cool and truly relevant projects that make our lives better!

What you need to know/have:
- level of spoken English from confident B2;
- work in the office, so the location is Ivano-Frankivsk;
- at least 3 years of commercial experience in an outsourcing company as a Project Manager;
- understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks;
- understanding of the technology stack for web and mobile application development;
- of course, the ability to lead a team, solve problems, think critically, and have great communication and presentation skills are important in software development.
A Scrum certificate, knowledge of PMBok 7th edition, understanding of Prince2 and our stack - RoR, Node.Js, React.Js - will be an advantage.
What you'll be doing:
- actually lead projects ;)
- establish and follow the DLC process;
- manage client expectations;
- manage the development team and develop the project;
- ensure effective communication with the client and the team;
- manage project scope/time/quality/risk;
- create and implement project plans;
- maintain communication with the client team;
- prepare regular reports based on the work done by the team;
- monitor project performance against schedule and budget.
