Junior Business Analyst

The COAX team is growing, and the number of projects is increasing! Therefore, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will help us launch many more projects with us 🔥

The Business Analyst will be involved in projects of different domains 🙌

What is required of a new teammate?‍

- At least 1-1.5 years of commercial experience;

- Experience in Pre-Sale and Discovery activities (participating or leading) would be a plus;

- English level B2 or higher;

- Overall understanding how software outsourcing business works (from sales to delivery);

- Requirements elicitation / gathering / specification / prioritization techniques (create project documentation from scratch using existing templates);

- Ability to identify & describe product/projects goals;

- Basics of business modelling (BMPN, UML, workflows, mind map);

- Basic prototyping & wireframing (Figma, Whimsical etc.);

- Good presentation & communication skills;

- Familiar with web & mobile development tech stack (React, React Native, RoR, Python, AWS, Webflow, IOS, Node Js).

Main Tasks:

- Elicit, gather, specify and validate requirements;

- Create & maintain project/product documentation;

- Project backlog management;

- Participate in release planning;

- Lead scoping sessions, estimation sessions and technical solutions presentations;

- Conduct competitor & business domain analysis- Communication with the development team and other stakeholders, actively participate in team discussions as a communication bridge between the business and development team.

P.S. In case of remote cooperation, the vacancy requires a location in Ukraine and regular business trips to Ivano-Frankivsk to join the team.
