We are looking for an Office Manager at COAX who will take care of:
- Office equipment and inventory (ordering, communication with craftsmen and making appointments, inventory, processing repair requests).
- Office supplies according to the plan and needs.
- Office budget (keeping records of expenses, budgeting for future periods, end-of-month reports).
- Office management (managing the work of florists/technicians).
- Corporate events (planning events, preparing gifts for the holidays, communicating with suppliers about merchandise and keeping records of it)
