COAX Software is looking for a Customer Specialist for contractual cooperation for a client's travel product!

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who:
- at least 1 year of experience;
- has English B2 and above;
- knowledge of customer support tools and systems;
- problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively;
- attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and reservations;
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities;
- able to work both independently and as part of a team.
What you need to do:
- track incoming emails from clients with next-day bookings, handle cancellation requests, changes to booking details, and additional requests for upgrades;
- proactively contact clients after the tour is completed to get feedback and reviews;
- regularly check the company's calendar for pending bookings and ensure their timely fulfillment;
- manage bookings through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as GYG, Viator and Musement, accurately updating our system upon notification of sales;
- resolve incomplete bookings by contacting customers who have not completed the booking process to understand the reasons for the cancellation;
- resolve payment issues by contacting and assisting customers who have technical payment issues;
- manage customer inquiries through various channels including chats, phone calls, and emails;
- coordinate tours by confirming bookings with representatives and coordinating assistance to customers at border crossings;
- organize transfers and VIP services in accordance with customer requests;
- the position involves possible business trips.
The vacancy involves contractual cooperation for the specified project with hourly pay.
