Hey our first BDM in the UK or the USA!

 

Your potential challenges in this position:

- identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, and new partnerships;

- building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs;

- working with "cold" emails on Gmail and Linkedin;

- working with the database: adding potential clients, documents, correspondence, and all necessary information;

- keeping up to date with market developments and new product launches;

- close cooperation with the Head of Sales and the sales team to develop sales and achieve set goals.

 

Would be great from your side:

- good communication skills, ability to communicate to clients at all levels;

- excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills;

- the ability to manage a database with full registration of all messages, add accurate information, and documents of potential or existing customers;

- high level of written and spoken English;

- a desire for Self-Improvement – you are committed to continuously improving yourself, understanding your strengths and weaknesses and adjusting accordingly;
